Grain

This type of Scotch whisky is usually found mixed with malt whiskies in blends, it is made on column stills sometimes called patent of Coffey Stills – named after Aeneas Coffey. an Irish customs officer who perfected this type of still. Grain whisky is very light and subtle which makes it great as a summer whisky or aperitif.
