They are renowned for their diverse range of gins. These include classic London Dry-style varieties, as well as inventive flavoured expressions such as rhubarb and ginger or elderflower. All their products use 100% natural flavours.

Heady notes of pine buds and lavender that grow in the lush, green parks, the darkness of the mulberries that echo the city's gothic surroundings and the effervescence of citrus fruits, once exported from warmer climates through the city’s bustling docks.

Orange Peel - Classic citrus notes to balance with the juniper for a classic dry gin flavour.
Mulberries - Adds juicy sweetness and smoothness to aftertaste.
Pine Buds - Fresh wooden notes added to aroma. Vapour infused to extract only lightest flavours.
Lavender - A classic floral note, with distinct aromas that complement the pine notes.
Lemongrass - More herbal and aromatic than lemon peel with less of the sharp, acidic flavour.

Tasting Rating Guide
1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
