Flyte Whisky Cream Liqueur is made by the team at Ad Gefrin Distillery, located in the town of Wooler in Northumberland. From the Old English verb Flýtan, a ritual poetic exchange of boasts. In Anglo-Saxon England this would be in the feasting hall, where the winner, and guests, would drink to their victory. Flyte marries Ad Gefrin's Standard-Bearer Tácnbora Blended Whisky with rich double cream. Fit for any feasting table, it abounds with scents of vanilla and notes of cacao, toffee, and salted caramel.

Tasting Rating Guide
1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
