This bottling is made with 95% of the mash bill (the recipe of grains used) being Rye. This makes a bigger bodied whisky packed full of flavour. You can just imagine the Cowboys of the old west drinking this in the Saloon.

Russet in color, with rich oaky aromas. The taste is exceptionally smooth, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spice. Finish is crisp and clean, with long, lingering flavours.

1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
