The Master Blender has embraced the time-honoured tradition in creating whiskies of outstanding quality, established by the founders. Using his great experience and craftsmanship, this process has evolved by carefully selecting compatible malt and grain whiskies that are at the peak of their maturation.

Nose - The aroma is fruity with lots of vanilla.
Palate - Quite strong at first, it then shows its mild side mango, mocha and mixed nuts.
Finish - There is only a slight burn and then its sweet and mellow note lingers. The finish is warm and a little smoky.

Tasting Rating Guide
1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
