Hatozaki Small Batch Pure Malt, aged for several years in ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry, and Japanese Mizunara casks from Hokkaido and Tohoku, presents a rich profile of cereals and dried fruit, with hints of smoke and honey on the finish. Composed of 100% malt whiskies, blended from 5 to 6-year-old single malts. It is produced in limited batches of under 20 casks. This whisky remains uncolored and unchill-filtered, showcasing the true essence of Japanese craftsmanship in a distinctive and memorable pour.
This bottling is round, generous and unpeated. Malted cereals and dried fruit impart a sweet taste, while a subtle smoky undertone elevates the flavor profile. The palate concludes with an aromatic honey finish, providing a delightful and well-balanced tasting experience.

1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
