Official Tasting Notes
Nose - The nose is sweet and creamy with a touch of intense citrus fruit, adding a burst of freshness to the aroma. Zesty lemon peel notes are complement rich vanilla cream, subtle hints of tobacco, and a light woody undertone.
Palate - On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and creamy with big spice and mocha notes. The creamy vanilla flavours are enhanced by warm cinnamon and oak spice, which add a pleasant depth and complexity. The mocha notes come through, providing a subtle bitterness that balances the sweetness of the fruit flavours.
Finish - The finish is long and satisfying, with honeyed fresh fruit flavours dominating the palate. The taste of fresh melon and milk chocolate digestives come through. Followed by a subtle lingering spice that adds a gentle warmth to the aftertaste.
