Body - Velvety on the palate, the higher strength brings an intense, luxurious mouthfeel. A harmonious balance of juniper and spices warm the senses while complimenting the delicate aromatics of the botanicals.
Nose - Opens on sweet juniper and spices, with citrus freshness. Signature herbal influences rise to the fore with delicate mints, sweet gale and wild thyme. Cinnamon, coriander and juniper provide a platform for the delicate, aromatic Islay botanicals to reveal their depth and clarity.
Taste - Botanical flavours, warming spices and fragrant juniper give way to sweet citrus. Each sip reveals new botanical combinations, with wonderful depth of flavour and complexity uncovering. Delicate herbal notes compliment the base of the earthy juniper-led tones.
Finish - A long, powerful finish. As the flavour slowly fades, floral notes begin to surface; soft juniper, citrus, water, mint, wood sage and clover.
