The distillery was established under the guidance of the late Dr. Jim Swan who helped with the distillery floor plan, selecting the best available ingredients and designing the stills. He oversaw the first experimentations operating the stills and collaborated with Tomer Goren, M&H Distillery’s head distiller, in creating Israel’s first Single Malt Whisky.
Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt Whisky derives its light and balanced character from the finest ex-Bourbon casks and their special Red Wine STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) casks. Milk & Honey's flagship bottling is a smooth, easy-drinking classic single malt whisky. Basking in the Tel Aviv sun, this whisky matures without chill filtration, preserving its natural color.
Official Tasting Notes
Aroma - A gentle vanilla sweetness followed by light oak and floral notes.
Palate - Light body, vanilla, caramel, and honey sweetness, balanced by oaky notes and light black pepper spiciness.
Finish - A short but delicate finish. The oak notes linger in the palate for a while with a nice light spiciness.

Tasting Rating Guide
1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
