Formed in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington, the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company offers a great range of small batch independent bottlings. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalising on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask. They source all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches.
This bottling is edition #79 of the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof range. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026, this 10 year old bottling has been finished in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butts.
Bottled at 57.1% ABV, an un-chillfiltered single malt, with no added colouring.
