The Dr Eamers' gin range is made by West Midlands Distillery, based in Birmingham. Founded in 2017 by a family of distillers, they launched a range of gin, rum and vodka, with the aim of eventually being able to produce their own single malt whisky. These beautiful hand crafted range of Dr Eamers' spirits are created using the best quality natural ingredients. These include botanicals grown by the team at the Distillery Garden. The West Midlands Distillery team hand-decorates the core gin range in-house, using Artists Oil Paint to illustrate the flavour profile and featured botanicals.
Dr Eamers' London Dry Gin, is a new and improved recipe building on the multi award winning Dry Gin. They've increased the ABV to 45% and in turn the amount of botanicals.
This remains the juniper rich citrus forward and herbaceous London Dry of before, but with additional dimensions and depth. A superior smoothness, simply blended with spring water to retain the full essence of the botanicals. Leads to a wonderful louche or clouding of the spirit when cooled or mixed.

Tasting Rating Guide
1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
