Forest Whisky
Blended Malt is made and released in small batches. It comprises of several aged scotch malt whiskies chosen for their flavour profile. They are then further blended and matured on site in the Peak District.
To create this unique spirit, they have distilled Cheshire Barley and Oats with wild yeast and their own spring water. It matured in Oak below the Cat and Fiddle before the distillers blended it with other selected whiskies. They added a final sumptuous stage of flavour by resting the blend in new English Oak Casks in their cellars.
The result is a distinctly smooth and bright whisky of the very highest quality. The English Oak beautifully balances its delicate sweetness.
