Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, The Harvest is a distinctive blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Renamed to celebrate Ireland’s rich agricultural and distilling heritage, the whiskey itself remains unchanged, maintaining its award-winning quality. This exceptional blend consists of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still, triple distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from a mash bill of 100% Irish barley. Bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose - Zesty spice, black pepper and peaches.
Taste - Pot Still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak.

1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
