Tormore Timeless is a clean, fruit-forward whisky predominantly matured in bourbon casks that let the spirit shine. The team at the distillery use older vintages to add richness and structure. They've also used younger expressions to bring waves of fresh, fruity flavours.
The use of first-fill bourbon and refill bourbon casks bring forward the lovely sweet vanilla note that goes so well with the fruity notes of peaches and pears in the spirit. They've used just a touch of sherry cask maturation to build the structure on the palate and give the whisky elegance and length.

Tasting Rating Guide
1: Light, good for beginners - an aperitif on a summers day, i.e. Glengoyne, Auchentoshan
2: Also good for beginners but with more depth and body - a little stronger than 1, ie. Glenmorangie, Speyburn
3: A dram for everyone, a little more complex so the palate requires a little more experience, i.e. Cragganmore, Macallan
4: A stronger spirit, a big whisky with lots of character and body, excellent after dinner, i.e. Lagavulin, Laphroaig
